Safety & help
How to report
On Eversince, tap Report on any post, reply, profile, Thing or Shelf item. Anyone, member or not, can also use our report form.
An intimate image shared without consent
Report it with the form, even without an account. We hide it at once and act within 48 hours at most. We will never ask you for the image.
How to block
Open their profile and tap Block. They can’t see your posts or your Shelf, and we don’t tell them.
How to appeal or complain
You can appeal a decision about your posts or account within 14 days. Someone who wasn’t involved in the first decision will look at it where possible. You can also ask us to look again at a report you made, or tell us we aren’t meeting our duties.
When a person is here
Every day, 8am to midnight your local time (8am to 6pm in London and 1pm to midnight in Boston). Serious reports go first, as soon as we can in those hours; everything is looked at within 24 hours.
What we do with reports
A person reads every report and checks it against our Guidelines. We’ll tell you what we did, and we never tell anyone who reported them.
If you’re under 18
Eversince is for adults only. If you’re under 18, you can still report something with the form. We never ask anyone for ID or photos.
